Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 July 2026

Review date: July 2027

WHO WE ARE

These terms apply to all services provided by Braythorpe Ltd ("Braythorpe", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14431862. Our registered office is Suite 2444a, 60 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 2EW. Our website is braythorpe.co.uk. You can contact us at hello@braythorpe.co.uk.

By booking a service or purchasing a product through this website, you agree to these terms.

OUR SERVICES

Braythorpe currently offers:

  • Parent Consultation — a one-hour consultation for parents and carers, delivered by video or phone

  • Digital resources — downloadable guides and toolkits, available for instant download

  • Children's Coaching — a coaching programme for children, delivered online

  • School Staff Training (CPD) — bespoke training delivered to schools, in person or online, as agreed with the school

Services and pricing are set out on the relevant pages of this website and may be updated from time to time. The price and format confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that booking. On completing a booking or purchase, you will receive confirmation by email setting out what you've purchased, the price paid, and the format agreed.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

Free Discovery Calls are booked through Calendly. Paid services are booked and paid for in advance through Calendly and Stripe, or invoiced directly for school bookings.

Payment is required in full before a Parent Consultation or coaching session takes place, and before a digital resource is made available for download, unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, school invoicing terms).

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Because our services and digital resources are purchased online, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of booking, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Consultations and coaching sessions: you can cancel within 14 days of booking, provided the session has not already taken place. If you'd like a session to go ahead sooner than 14 days from booking, we'll ask you to expressly agree to this in advance.

  • Digital resources: because these are delivered instantly on purchase, downloading a digital resource means you lose your 14-day cancellation right for that item. We'll ask you to confirm this at the point of purchase.

This is in addition to, and does not affect, the cancellation and rescheduling terms below.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Parent Consultation and coaching sessions

  • You may reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance, may not be refunded

  • If Braythorpe needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative time or a full refund

School Staff Training (CPD)

Cancellation terms for school CPD bookings will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking, as these are typically scheduled further in advance and may involve non-refundable preparation time.

REFUNDS

Because Parent Consultations and coaching sessions involve time set aside specifically for you, refunds are not offered once a session has taken place, except where Braythorpe is unable to deliver the agreed service, or where you exercise your statutory cancellation right above.

Digital resources are non-refundable once downloaded, as set out under "Your right to cancel" above. If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital resource you have purchased, contact hello@braythorpe.co.uk and we will resolve this or issue a refund.

CHILDREN'S COACHING

Children's Coaching is delivered online and requires a parent or guardian to:

  • Provide consent before sessions begin

  • Ensure their child is in a private, appropriate space for the duration of each session, with a trusted adult on the premises and within earshot

  • Understand that sessions are not recorded

  • Understand that all communication outside of sessions takes place between Braythorpe and the parent or guardian, not directly with the child

Full details are set out in our consent form, provided before coaching begins.

SCHOOL STAFF TRAINING

Bespoke content, delivery format (in person or online), and any additional terms for school bookings (such as travel, materials, or rescheduling due to INSET day changes) will be confirmed in writing between Braythorpe and the commissioning school before delivery.

SAFEGUARDING
Braythorpe takes safeguarding seriously. Full details are set out in our Safeguarding Policy. Where a safeguarding concern arises, Braythorpe has a duty to act, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where a child's safety is at risk.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND YOUR DATA
Information shared during consultations and coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where Braythorpe has a safeguarding or legal duty to share it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

SERVICE STANDARDS

Braythorpe provides all services with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, and all digital resources purchased from Braythorpe, remain the intellectual property of Braythorpe Ltd. Purchasing a digital resource gives you a personal licence to use it; it may not be resold, redistributed, or shared beyond your own household or school.

LIABILITY

Braythorpe provides advice, guidance, and training based on professional experience. This does not replace formal legal, medical, psychological, or statutory advice (for example, from a solicitor, doctor, or the local authority), and Braythorpe accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of guidance given.

Nothing in these terms limits Braythorpe's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

COMPLAINTS

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, contact hello@braythorpe.co.uk in the first instance. We will respond within 5 working days and aim to resolve any concern promptly and fairly. If we're unable to resolve a complaint between us, you can raise it with Citizens Advice or via the EU/UK Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full.
