DELIVERY PARTNERSHIPS
Add specialist education implementation support to your existing adoption or care-experience provision, with a defined contribution and clear follow-through.
Scope a partnership →Braythorpe helps your teams turn specialist adoption and care-experience knowledge into practical responses for schools. The education contribution is developed alongside your existing provision, with clear responsibilities and boundaries.
I work alongside existing teams to turn themes from adoption support, therapeutic input and lived experience into usable school responses — while respecting the expertise and remit of each partner.
That might mean co-designing an education strand, facilitating school-leader sessions, creating implementation tools or supporting implementation with participating schools.
Agree audience, referral routes, content ownership, safeguarding lead, data responsibilities and the specific school-practice challenge.
Co-facilitated sessions, leader discussions or resources that complement the partner’s existing offer rather than repeat it.
A scheduled check-in, feedback on what schools trialled and a shared decision on whether to refine, repeat or stop.
Every partnership is scoped to your requirements. Pricing reflects preparation, delivery, materials, follow-up and any reporting or licensing, rather than a speaking fee alone.
Possible arrangements include a fixed delivery fee paid by the commissioning organisation, a jointly scoped programme budget, or a defined subcontracted education workstream. Referral commissions are not assumed.
Important boundaries: Braythorpe provides education practice support, not clinical treatment, statutory Virtual School functions, case advocacy or legal representation. Named safeguarding and information-sharing responsibilities are agreed before delivery.
If your organisation already supports adoptive families, care-experienced children or schools, let’s identify one recurring education problem that would benefit from a specialist school-practice response.
