Small-cluster support: indicative from £995

Up to three schools. One defined practice problem. One supported implementation cycle.

An indicative £995 scope covers a small, mostly online programme for up to three schools, with shared development and follow-up. The final fee and deliverables are agreed for your cluster.

What a small-cluster programme can include

01 · PREPARE

Before

One 45-minute lead discussion; a short baseline question set for each school; collection of up to three anonymised practice scenarios.

02 · DELIVER

Shared session

One 90-minute facilitated online session for nominated staff/leaders, tailored to the scenarios, with a practical response-planning tool.

03 · FOLLOW THROUGH

After

A short action template for each school, one shared 45-minute online review around 30 days later, and a concise written summary of next steps.

Clear scope. Clear value.

At an indicative £995 total, three schools share the cost at approximately £332 per school. This illustrates value across settings, not a fixed per-school tariff.

A more extensive programme can add: individual school visits, policy review, teacher coaching, additional development sessions or more detailed evaluation. These are specified and priced in your proposal.

For larger clusters, the fee changes with the number of schools, staff groups, delivery sessions and follow-up required. No per-school saving is assumed until the scope is agreed.

What schools take away

Each participating school identifies practical changes, names who will lead them and has an opportunity to review early implementation. Your cluster receives a shared summary of progress, barriers and recommended next steps.
