Children's data

Some of our services involve working with children. Where this is the case, we collect only the information necessary to deliver the service agreed with the parent or guardian. We do not collect personal data directly from children. All data relating to children is treated with additional care and is only processed with the explicit consent of a parent or guardian.

How we keep your data secure

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Access to personal data is restricted to Dave Church as the sole data controller. Third-party processors used by Braythorpe are required to meet equivalent security standards.
